Here are the Club By-Laws as amended June 11, 2007 in Adobe PDF form.

This is the previous version, about 2004.

 

In 2009, the bylaws were revised to separate operational rules from the formal bylaws.  An operations manual is pending.

Also in the 2009 bylaws changes, the structure and composition of the board was changed.  Until the new 2010 Board is sworn in, a transitional structure is in place.

2009 Board of Directors Elections

Elections for members of the Board of Directors were held at the General Membership Meeting on Feb. 2, 2009 at 7:30PM
Congratulations and welcome to Lori Georgiou and Charlie Creech.
Charlie will retain the seat he was appointed to fill. Lori will take office at the May meeting.
